Crafted Highlights:
The Concessions & Events Sales Manager has the overall responsibility for execution of sales and sales support for CDC concessions and special events business.
This role reports to the On-Premise Channel Lead - Sr. Sales Manager.
What You'll Deliver:
Sales Execution (60%)
Work with Suppliers & Marketing Team to ensure all sponsorship agreements are met and executed
Seek out opportunities for increased market distribution and sales
Key Account Manager for all CDC Concessions and Special Events business partners
Responsible for overall sales strategy and execution for all concessions/special events venues, including Coors Field, Empower Field @ Mile High, Ball Arena, Red Rocks and others.
Responsible for creating effective partnership and ways of working with the operations team, who are responsible for operational execution including delivery of product to venues and event sites.
People Leadership (30%)
Responsible for all people management-related processes, including staffing, performance management and discipline, communications/team meetings, etc. for Concessions and Special Events Team
Ensure service and customer rapport through supervision of team and personal auditing in the trade to increase market distribution and sales
Conduct monthly 1x1s
Participate in resourcing and management of any of contingent workers hired to support the concessions team.
Responsible for managing budget of approximately $800,000, including CDC staff, Contingent Labor costs, supplies (bottle carts) and other related expenses incurred by the concessions and special events team.
Annually, develop and maintain a contingent labor plan and strategy to ensure adequate coverage to meet the pre-identified staffing and support needs for each event. In doing so, this role will be responsible for analyzing the anticipated sales for each venue and event and justifying the staffing needs/requirements based on the anticipated sales incurred.
Relationship Management (10%)
Build and maintain strong working relationships with venue and/or event managers
Handle escalated concerns
Quality Assurance (10%)
Assure quality of product being delivered to and served at venue, service and customer rapport through supervision of team and personal auditing in the trade to increase market distribution and sales
Manages old beer by understanding where old beer is coming from and why, while coaching to fix issues
Conduct assigned quality audits

Position requires face to face contact with customers in the market
May be asked to fill in for team when necessary
Key Ingredients:
1.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or a combination of education / equivalent work experience
3-5 years of Concessions and Special Events management experience required
3-5 years of previous leadership experience required.
Prior sales/draft experience preferred
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control and employee supervision preferred
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in managing key accounts required. Concessions and Special Event account management experience preferred.
Must have valid driver's license and MVR must fall within the MillerCoors Pre-Employment Background Screening Guidelines

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $93,800.00 -$123,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
