Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication skills and ability to assist customers effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Manage order entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support operational needs.

Provide clear and detail oriented communication to resolve customer issues and answer questions.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns or provide updates.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and meet performance targets.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements.

Assist in training new team members or sharing best practices when needed.

Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a positive team environment. Requirements - Proven experience in call center or customer service roles.

Strong skills in order entry and data accuracy.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficient in using computer systems and applications.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
