Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the manager with day-to-day tasks. This role involves heavy administrative and data entry work, focusing on print stream management, client communication, and inter-departmental coordination.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the manager in daily operations.

Print W0-2/ACA print stream paperwork and sleeve jobs with live file listings.

Pickup print jackets, process them, and deliver to production.

Review and process statements.

Manage heavy administrative and data entry tasks.

Gather and ship all items going out to clients daily using shipping reports.

Enter tracking numbers and shipping costs into the system daily.

Assist in balancing postage in print stream for invoices.

File, fax, and scan necessary documents to correct managers promptly.

Handle additional administrative tasks as needed or requested.

Act as a liaison between procurement, customer service, and print center teams.

Research client requests, identify errors, make corrections, and find resolutions for customers.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in administrative support.

2+ years of experience in data entry.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.

Strong tracking and reporting abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2-7 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Experience in manufacturing preferred.

Work Environment

This role requires onsite work five days a week, with business casual attire. Standard working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm. Rarely, you may be asked to work additional hours or a few hours on Saturdays during peak times.

This is a Contract position based out of Carol Stream, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
