Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant II to support daily operations in a dynamic office environment in Columbus, Ohio. This long-term contract position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively. Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain detailed records, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and accessible.

Respond to incoming calls and emails in a courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule meetings and appointments while coordinating travel arrangements and event planning as needed.

Handle accounts payable tasks, including expense reporting and reimbursements.

Prepare correspondence and communications, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Assist with budget tracking and processing to support financial operations.

Manage deliveries and materials handling to ensure smooth office operations.

Scan and digitize documents for database entry and efficient record-keeping.

Support receptionist duties, greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Collaborate with team members to uphold office functionality and address administrative demands. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support roles within office environments.

Strong customer service skills, including detail-oriented communication and responsiveness.

Proficiency in using computer systems and office software for documentation and scheduling.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Familiarity with accounts payable processes, expense reporting, and budget tracking.

Knowledge of company policies and office procedures to ensure compliance.

Capable of handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.
