Job Title: Administrative Assistant 1Job Description

Promote and maintain a safe work environment. Responsible for reviewing pre-employment candidates for medical and health management. Additional responsibilities include processing, tracking, and coordinating the completion of staff timesheets and procurement card reports. Ensuring adherence to applicable administrative, accounting, and compliance procedures. Performing various administrative office duties including maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel arrangements, coordinating office relocations, creating, and tracking project correspondence, and performing miscellaneous assignments as directed.

Responsibilities

Review pre-employment candidates for medical and health management.

Process, track, and coordinate staff timesheets and procurement card reports.

Ensure adherence to administrative, accounting, and compliance procedures.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate meetings and events.

Manage travel arrangements and coordinate office relocations.

Create and track project correspondence.

Perform miscellaneous assignments as directed.

Essential Skills

Understanding of medical terminology.

1+ year of experience working in an administrative capacity for a medical or healthcare company.

Experience with travel coordination and calendar management.

Proficiency in office support and project tracking.

Ability to handle medical questionnaires.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with HR processes.

Familiarity with medical documentation review and confidentiality protocols.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Work Environment

This position requires a 30-hour workweek schedule at the office located at GPC HQ. The role involves working in-office, and the manager will coordinate the schedule with the successful candidate.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
