Job Summary and Qualifications

Finance Coordinator - Medical Office Specialist

We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our team. This role provides essential clerical and administrative support to the Finance Team in the Division Office. We are a collaborative and dedicated team that values supporting one another, and we're looking for a phenomenal addition who is equally passionate about meaningful patient care. Location: This position is based in our North Texas Division Galleria office located in Dallas, TX.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Receive physician timesheets and submit for payment through the OnBase system.

Review contract language and follow up with practices and hospital contacts.

Conduct monthly audits on physician payments and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist in provider onboarding processes.

Perform additional data entry or administrative tasks as needed to support the evolving needs of the Finance department.

Adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statement.

Experience:

Less than one year of experience required; one to three years of experience preferred.

Microsoft Excel experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient with basic office equipment including copier, fax machine, and computer.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Strong comprehension, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of physician, patient and employee information.
