As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Horicon, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. By conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible, you will provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related questions or concerns while maintaining a professional presence on site.

Collaborate with site management and local authorities as directed during emergencies or critical incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
