As a Security Guard - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Cleveland, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor for unusual activity or unauthorized individuals within the manufacturing and industrial location, and report findings according to site protocols.

Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as required by site policies.

Document security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or incident response.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address security-related needs specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
