Sales Representative (Account Executive) for the Dallas,TX area

Must have Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the aviation industry, including MRO or parts sales (brokerage), or related fields such as customer service or supply chain.

Location: Full-time, in-office (Travel required 25-30%, based on location)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional sales skills , a proven track record of exceeding quotas , and deep knowledge of the aviation industry , specifically in MRO or parts sales .

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers using various prospecting methods.

Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

Communicate the value of products/services to both potential and existing customers.

Conduct software demonstrations to showcase functionality and benefits.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite to track daily activities and report to management.

Must-Haves

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the aviation industry , including MRO or parts sales (brokerage) , or related fields such as customer service or supply chain.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills .

Proven experience in exceeding sales quotas .

Strong negotiation and closing skills .

In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry and software solutions .

Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite .

Ability to travel 25-30% for customer meetings and industry events.
