Manages and

monitors cre

dit and

documentation files

to ens

ure comp

nce with loan covenants

Ensures compliance with

procedures, regulations, and guidelines

Manages an

d

monitors the exceptio

ns

report fo

r all

loan officers

Monitors past due loans

and works wit

h

the

loan clerk to

resolve

Monitors board reports for exceptions and denials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Performs quality c

hecks on ACCU sca

nning a

nd reso

lves

any issues prior to final lender review

Writes

policy a

nd

procedure for

loan adm

inistration staff to ensu

re they

have

full knowledge of the

jobs

they are

performing

Work with

auditors on

any specia

l requests

they may need regarding

loan fi

les

Serves as the

hiring manager for

the Flying Horse and Monument

loan administration

department

Provides t

ra

ining for new

hires

i

n the Flying Horse and Monument

loan administration

department.

Approves vacat

ion and sick leave

requests for loa

n adm

inistration staff

in Flying Horse and Monume

nt

Perform Notary services for the bank as needed

HMDA Reporting

Other duties as assigned
