We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Englewood, Colorado. This position will play a vital role in supporting the advising department by managing student outcomes data and ensuring the accuracy of performance records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data organization and administrative coordination, contributing to the improvement of career advising services.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with colleagues to gather, validate, and maintain accurate data for departmental and university use.

Regularly analyze and update data, utilizing charts and graphics to monitor trends and improve advising services.

Maintain comprehensive records of advising activities, including student engagement and service impact, while assisting with surveys and reports.

Coordinate logistics for career advising activities, such as scheduling meetings, organizing events, and preparing agendas.

Track student milestones throughout the application and placement processes, providing data collection support and post-match analysis.

Format and organize data into required templates and documents with precision.

Proofread documents for accuracy, ensuring proper grammar and spelling.

Upload and organize documents in application platforms to meet deadlines and maintain permanent student records.

Support administrative tasks related to data collection and reporting.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve exceptional student outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree is required.

Proficiency in analytical tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and Adobe Pro.

Solid understanding of computer systems with the ability to learn new software and databases.

Minimum of one year of experience providing data support.

Strong knowledge of data collection methods and statistical report preparation.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential materials and meet deadlines effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
