We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Superintendent of Construction to plan, execute, and oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams for timely completion.

Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.

Ensure adherence to OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.

Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.

Utilize technical software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.

Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in construction management and supervision.

Proficiency in using project management software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project.

Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation.

Expertise in OSHA compliance and construction safety.

Excellent subcontractor management skills.

Experience in restaurant, retail, commercial, and mixed-use construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate construction teams.

Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in construction processes.

Efficient time management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong decision-making abilities for positive project outcomes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Edmond, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
