Administrative Assistant (Short-Term)

Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in the Clio, South Carolina area to find an experienced and eager short-term Administrative Assistant .

The Short-Term Administrative Assistant provides temporary support to office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role ensures smooth daily workflows by assisting staff, maintaining organized records, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls; greet and assist visitors.

Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and reports.

Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendar management.

Support staff with basic administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and distributing correspondence.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Maintain office supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

Provide additional support on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Professional, dependable, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs.

Work Schedule:

Short-term assignment; duration may vary based on company needs.

Pay rate for this position begins at $15.00 an hour.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
