TEKsystems is hiring an Administrative Assistant to assist a client located in Albany, NY.

This position is a permanent hire from day one and would offer a full-time ON-SITE schedule and would start as soon as possible!

Qualifications/Skills

· 1-3 years administrative/clerical experience

· 1-3 years Microsoft office experience

· Scheduling experience required

Job Description

· Maintain and organize the calendar and meetings for the Albany team.

· Map out travel, client, and new business meetings far into the future to best leverage the Albany team's time.

· Interact with stakeholders in relation to scheduling, planning, and staffing of meetings, client lobby days, and gatherings, as appropriate.

· Ensure coordination between multiple principals and offices.

· Draft correspondence, answer phones, coordinate mailing and handle inquiries and requests from internal and external sources.

· Provide logistical support for client meetings and lobby days, as well as internal team meetings.

Shift

Monday- Friday- 9:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$28.85-33.65/hr. (based off experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.
