As a Security Officer - Armed in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a transportation-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. This armed role involves engaging with individuals, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting access control. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the transportation facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.

Assist with crowd control and manage access during peak operational periods or special events at the location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and law enforcement as needed.

Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an armed guard card or license.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

This is primarily a driving post.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
