Hotel Operations Internship - Adventures Intern

The Adventures Intern will support the Adventures Team in delivering exceptional guest experiences through curated adventure programming. This hands-on role offers exposure to Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury hospitality practices while assisting with the coordination and execution of outdoor and resort activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and facilitating daily adventure programs, including outdoor excursions and resort activities.

Learn and apply Forbes standards when interacting with guests to ensure a luxury experience.

Coordinate guest needs before, during, and after activities, ensuring seamless service.

Track and analyze attendance and participation trends across adventure offerings.

Identify opportunities to enhance programming based on guest feedback and data insights.

Support inventory management for adventure equipment and supplies.

Assist with scheduling and confirming reservations for activities.

Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Prepare reports and provide recommendations to the Adventures Manager.

Uphold safety protocols and maintain compliance with resort policies.

This is a paid Hyatt internship program for students seeking an understanding of the hospitality industry. This internship includes exposure to the hotel operations division.

Qualifications:

Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.Ability to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with reservation systems is a plus.Passion for outdoor activities and luxury hospitality.

Learning Opportunities:

Exposure to Forbes Travel Guide service standards.Hands-on experience in luxury resort operations and guest engagement.Training in adventure programming and event coordination.
