Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team for a third shift position. The hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule. This overnight role requires someone who is adept at troubleshooting and repairing PLCs and robotic equipment, as well as working with hydraulic and pneumatically controlled systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and implement repair strategies on PLCs and robotic equipment.

Work with hydraulic and pneumatically controlled equipment.

Comfortably handle controls and troubleshoot issues.

Perform machinery maintenance, troubleshoot potential problems, and work with wires, three-phase motors, switches, and switchboards.

Handle slitting machinery and other industrial electrical equipment.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

Essential Skills

Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLCs and robotic equipment.

Experience with hydraulic and pneumatically controlled systems.

Proficiency in machine maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.

Skills in layout, installation, and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.

Experience with preventive maintenance strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working with various control systems.

Experience with three-phase motors and switchboards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50960.00 - $58240.00/yr.
