Job Description

The Construction Director will lead large-scale construction projects, providing strategic oversight and mentorship to project teams. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to develop strong, high-performing teams and ensure successful delivery of projects exceeding $1 billion in value. The ideal candidate will be a proven mentor and a collaborative leader capable of managing complex operations and large workforces.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Oversee all trades and ensure seamless coordination across multiple disciplines.

Manage large-scale projects valued at $1 billion or more, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Direct and support a team of 10-12 Construction Managers, each supervising 10-12 Superintendents.

Ensure effective management of 1,000-1,500 trade staff on-site daily.

Drive operational efficiency and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Skills and Requirements

Extensive experience managing mega projects ($1B+).

Proven ability to lead and mentor large teams of managers and supervisors.

Strong background in overseeing all trades and complex construction operations.

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to build strong teams and foster professional growth.

Expertise in large-scale workforce coordination and resource planning.

Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and client-focused approach.
