We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers while contributing to the growth of our organization. Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to customers and distributors by addressing inquiries, tracking orders, processing returns, and offering account support.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring all concerns are handled with care.

Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Translate and explain product details or marketing materials for multilingual audiences as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Represent the company as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and passion behind our products.

Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and organization.

Utilize call center systems to document interactions and provide seamless support.

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and solve problems effectively.

Multilingual skills in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or other languages such as Spanish or French are highly desirable.

Familiarity with call center systems or order entry software is required.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

Knowledge of network marketing or the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.
