Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland, supporting the packaging department within the food and food processing industry. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to handle administrative tasks, audit procedures, and data analytics while collaborating with HR and corporate teams. As part of a long-term contract, this role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies by gathering and analyzing relevant data.

Input and manage entries in Kronos and other organizational systems.

Collaborate with HR to monitor and ensure attendance compliance.

Audit quality documentation and serve as a practitioner for department standards.

Oversee and support the management of site data models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Partner with corporate teams to collect and model data for departmental use.

Lead site projects related to the implementation of new data systems.

Generate and report departmental metrics to track performance.

Address and correct data entry errors as needed.

Provide assistance with additional projects and initiatives as required. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.

Proficiency in Kronos timekeeping software or equivalent, including report generation and time management.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SharePoint.

Strong background in organizational systems and processes, including SAP and cloud ERP.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage complex tasks effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical reasoning.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems as required.
