Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota

Pay Range: $18.75

What's the Job?

Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, scheduling meetings, typing, faxing, and maintaining supplies.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers, providing information on various organizational matters.

Respond to complex questions requiring additional research and follow-up.

Organize and coordinate projects and schedules to meet deadlines, anticipating future needs.

Translate thoughts into clear documents such as letters, memos, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent.

Some administrative or clerical experience preferred.

Ability to multitask, organize tasks efficiently, and communicate professionally.

Agility to thrive in a high-volume work environment.

Willingness to travel to Arbor Lakes, Minnetonka as required.
