Summary
Serves as a strategic liaison between Supply Chain & Flight Services (SC&FS) and internal/external business partners to ensure alignment between SC&FS capabilities and business objectives. This role drives value through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Supply Chain Business Unit Representative (SCBUR) develops a deep understanding of supply chain strategy, business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, requisition-to-delivery), and technology needs to support initiative prioritization, risk assessment, and opportunity identification. Acting as a strategic advisor, the SCBUR integrates SC&FS services into business roadmaps, governance, and service delivery, while partnering with technology teams to define requirements, improve processes, and manage change. Strong relationships and a customer-centric approach are key to building trusted partnerships and supporting senior leadership in decision-making.
What You'll Do
Understand business goals and priorities to ensure SC&FS services align with strategic needs.
Act as a trusted liaison between business units and SC&FS, fostering collaboration.
Represent business interests in enterprise roadmaps and reprioritization efforts.
Partner with leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives that deliver value.
Build relationships across functions to drive convergence and results.
Collaborate with IT and technology teams to define requirements and evaluate capabilities.
Maintain communication between business units and SC&FS leadership on enterprise initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert and governance partner for SC&FS.
Manage and prioritize SC&FS service requests based on business needs.
Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions.
Establish feedback loops to measure satisfaction and improve service delivery.
Provide responsive support across business projects.
Collaborate with teams across Procurement, Logistics, Hauling, Flight Services, Materials Management, Supplier Management, Supplier Diversity, and Investment Recovery.
Stay informed on SRP and SC&FS policies, procedures, and standards.
Lead additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Ensure services deliver measurable value and meet intended outcomes.
Track project progress through completion.
Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs to assess service quality.
Gather feedback to address performance gaps and improve services.
Partner with IT to implement process improvements.
Report on post-implementation success metrics.
What It Takes To Succeed
Strong relationship-building and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and business processes.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement (preferred).
Familiarity with SC&FS functions and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Knowledge of systems such as Maximo, SAP, Aravo, and Ariba (preferred).
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of related experience is required (if no degree, 14 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling 14 years).
Education
A bachelor's degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®)
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
