Business Analyst II

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Analyst II to join their team. As a Business Analyst II, you will be part of the Strategic Development Department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst II

Pay Rate: $65-70/hr

Location: Spring, TX

Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)

What's the Job?

Solve organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and designing solutions.

Conduct interviews with key project stakeholders and document and present the results.

Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Assist business users, project managers, and leadership in optimizing project scope, benefits, and risks.

Facilitate change management efforts associated with projects and support documentation efforts.

Enable commercial optimization, TCO model builds, supply chain risk mitigation and long-term value creation across corporation

What's Needed?

Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.

Proficiency with Visio and MS Office applications.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work with moderate work direction and identify issues or problems.

Ability to interpret basic models and produce complex business cases.
