As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout residential locations. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity in and/or around the location.

Communicate with residents, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide assistance as needed.

Document incidents, occurrences, and observations according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
