Consistency and Stability : As a building substitute teacher, you work regularly at the same school, providing a stable work environment and consistent schedule.

Familiarity with School Culture : You become familiar with the school's policies, staff, and students, fostering stronger relationships and a deeper understanding of the school's culture.

Professional Development : Being part of the same school allows you to continuously develop your teaching skills and receive feedback from the same administration, aiding in professional growth.

Improved Classroom Management : Knowing the students and their routines helps in better classroom management and creating a more productive learning environment.

Networking Opportunities : Regular interaction with the school's staff and administration can lead to networking opportunities, which might be beneficial for future full-time teaching positions.

Minimum requirements:

Any Bachelor's degree, emergency permit will be provided at no cost

Pay Rate: $170.00 Daily

Additional requirement:

Commitment to work every student attendance day for the entire school year.

Responsibilities:
Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
