With offices nationwide, the firm serves organizations around the world as an independent member of Nexia.We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Manager to join our Business Transformation and Automation team in our CxO Advisory practice.CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.YOUR TEAM. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Design and execute functional assessments / rapid diagnostics, transformation roadmaps, and automation solutions.Lead business transformation and automation projects, including assessment of current operations, design of future state, and implementation of transformation roadmaps.Oversee the optimization and automation of clients' back-office functions.Guide teams in designing and implementing new operating models, organizational realignment, shared services/centers of excellence, process improvements, and automation solutions.Evaluate and support the deployment of business process automation tools, such as RPA and related technologies.Manage teams through requirements gathering, process and functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and solution adoption.Assess and support implementation of business process automation with functional tool upgrades such as: RPA and process automationPosition, design, develop and deploy process improvement solutions which include components across the automation spectrum such as Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Digitization, Visual Dashboards, etc.YOUR EXPERIENCE.
