Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality paints and coatings, is seeking a Production Operator - 5 to join their team. As a Production Operator - 5, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator - 5

Location: High Point, NC

Pay Range: $20-$21

Shift: 3rd shift - 10pm to 6:30am Sunday-Thursday

What's the Job?

Execute assigned production tasks in accordance with procedures to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost standards are met.

Take ownership of production assets, ensuring they are operated safely and according to established guidelines and industry best practices.

Perform daily production activities, including preventative maintenance, process data collection, and administration tasks.

Report safety, quality, or process issues promptly to supervisors and contribute to investigations and continuous improvement activities.

Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment, managing raw materials, and supporting various production tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

Machine operator experience a MUST

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Prior manufacturing experience.

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and guidelines.

Ability to operate forklifts and other production equipment safely and effectively.

Strong attention to detail, measurement, and weighing skills for accurate production processes.

Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
