What you-ll do:
Lead end-to-end project deliveryfor the clients LMS implementation, from vendor selection throughdeployment
Facilitate hybrid projectmethodologies, balancing delivery to milestones with agile ceremonies anditerative planning
Engage business units across the clientto gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure readiness for change
Navigate and resolve stakeholderconflicts, maintaining project momentum and fostering collaboration
Develop and manage detailedproject plans, risk logs, status reports, and executive updates
Serve as the primary liaisonbetween technical teams, business leaders, and vendor partners
Ensure successful transition fromthe legacy SumTotal LMS to the new solution, minimizing disruption totraining programs
Champion change managementefforts to drive user adoption and long-term success
What you-ll bring:
7+ years of project managementexperience
4+ years of direct experiencemanaging LMS implementation projects
Demonstrated experiencenavigating and creating consensus across business units.
Bachelor's degree required
PMP, CSM, or equivalent agilecertification strongly preferred
High emotional intelligence andstrong interpersonal skills

Education:

base salary range for the tagged location is [$95,000-$115,000)
This role may be eligible for other compensation including
variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are
eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any
other benefits to eligible employees.
