Job Title: CAD Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Coordinator with 7-10 years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D software. The role involves taking survey data and implementing it into Civil 3D software for the generation of survey site plans. You will be responsible for producing survey and engineering-related drawings, including boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects. This position also requires maintaining and developing CAD standards for multiple divisions within the office.

Responsibilities

Participate in every aspect of plan preparation and production.

Maintain current CAD standards and develop additional standards as necessary.

Develop CAD and software policy and procedures.

Manage and update AutoCAD styles and databases.

Troubleshoot software issues.

Review base models and surfaces to resolve inaccuracies or missing features.

Train staff to increase their knowledge of additional products.

Essential Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Ability to implement survey data into Civil 3D software.

Experience in survey site plan generation, topography, and land surveying.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $57.69/hr.
