Aerotek is hiring qualified maintenance professionals for a major e-commerce distribution center that has been voted one of the top employers by Forbes over the last 3 years with over 1,200 facilities in U.S. This company provides formal training on high speed, automation, robotic equipment and a lot of potential for upward mobility.

Shifts:

Candidates must be OPEN TO ALL SHIFTS

Pay: $30.25 hourly

Description: The Tech III will be responsible for the following:

-Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical

-Trains employees as needed.

Provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs

Complete assigned PMs and provide feedback on any improvements that might be needed.

-Ability to install and maintain-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders

Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goals

Work with teams to complete any additional projects as assigned.

Completes all safety training as assigned by the Company.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Tech 3s MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience performing maintenance (mechanical & electrical) on equipment and 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team within the last 2 years of employment.

Education:

Preferred candidates would have an associate degree from a technical school, apprenticeship, certifications, military training, hands on training related to maintenance field

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sterling, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.75 - $26.75/hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Sterling,VA.
