Kelly® is seeking for a Customer Service Representative to support a globally recognized medical device company in Brea, CA.

Pay Rate:

$20.00-$21.50 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule: M-F 7:00am - 4:00pm PST (no weekends)

A typical day in this role:

Answer customer calls efficiently and professionally. Process customer orders via fax, EDI, and phone , ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide daily support to field representatives, including proof of delivery and order inquiries.

You'd be a great fit if you:

Have at least 6 months of Data Entry and/or Orders' Entry experience in a office setting environment. Customer Service Oriented Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required). Excel at communication and problem-solving. Are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
