Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Armed Officer, where you'll monitor and patrol retail locations to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. This role requires carrying a firearm and driving as part of your patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and sound judgment.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Remain alert to unusual activity or conditions that may require intervention or reporting.

Carry and maintain readiness with assigned firearms in accordance with company and location policies, always adhering to all applicable regulations and procedures.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Work collaboratively with store personnel and/or law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.

Provide visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

At least two years of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Level III armed certification is required for positions in Texas only.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
