As a Security Officer - Retail Roving in Boston, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, supporting a secure environment, and assisting visitors and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or situations to appropriate personnel in accordance with site protocols.

Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and on-site staff to address security-related needs specific to the healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
