An opportunity to provide consultation and training support to National Center A/R staff to ensure the effective delivery of AR processes and support working relationships with staff
Assist the Client Accounts Manager in the supervision and monitoring of performance of job functions and distribution of work
First point of contact for work related issue resolution.
Assist in monitoring./reporting on AR monthly projection goals and employees' collection efforts to ensure goals are met
Works to foster strong business relationships with funding agencies and other payors.
Prepares AR reports for internal/external meetings with clients.
Monitor and analyzes monthly accounts receivables building strong relationships with funding agencies and other payers that foster strong business relationships;
Identify trends and problem areas and initiate support to affect improvements in accounts receivable management and collection results
Develop, maintain and manage data and performs financial data collection and analysis, monitors revenues for informed business decisions.

Qualifications
Our Ideal Candidate :
Associates degree in Business Administration/Accounting; or equivalent experience may be substituted;
Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts receivables, preferably in a health care or behavioral health environment;
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of PA Medicaid, Health Choices and other third-party billing processes; Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements and statutes.
Requires excellent customer service, written communication, and problem solving skills working with centers staff, parents, agencies and other payors;
Adaptable to rapidly changing demands of the position, customer needs and the organization;
Must be proficient in Word Processing, Excel and automated billing systems.
Must be able to direct and control regionalized billing and record keeping functions;
Ability to work independently and also collaborate and communicate with co-workers/departments/centers to increase efficiency and enhance the team's time management, meet established deadlines, and identify and prioritize multiple tasks to assure timely completion;
