Hiring for Phlebotomist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at a patient service center, where you will perform blood draws and handle various phlebotomy tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform blood draws using straight needles for the majority of procedures, with the option to use butterfly needles for difficult cases.

Handle infant and pediatric blood draws as needed.

Process and prepare blood samples for laboratory analysis.

Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all administrative tasks.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques, including the use of straight needles.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in drawing blood.

Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Islip, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
