As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol Full-Time in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff. By remaining visible and approachable, you will provide exceptional customer service and strong communication, reflecting our agile, reliable, and people-first culture. Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Thur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and resort location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a welcoming environment.

Document observations and incidents as required by site procedures, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.

Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, supporting hotel staff and guests as directed.

Remain visible and approachable to guests, providing assistance and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
