Job DescriptionOur financial services client is looking for a Content Manager for a 6-month assignment (40 hrs/week).Candidates must be able to work onsite in either NYC, Plano, TX, or Wilmington, DE. This role will start off as hybrid for now (3 days/week onsite, 2 days work from home), but please be aware it may become a 5 days/week onsite role during its duration. Job Description:We are focused on building the future of digital ecosystem capabilities by delivering customer experiences across the purchasing journey, while connecting customers to numerous partner brands and benefits in ways that are intuitive, simple, and meaningful - all in service of our core mission to help customers make the most of their money.Your primary role will be to work with a team of product managers on mobile and web platforms, focusing on features related to benefits digital experiences. You will assist Product Managers in writing Agile user stories, grooming the backlog, and preparing sprints for development. Furthermore, you will work closely with the design and development teams to ensure requirement readiness and help deliver a UX that is scalable, intuitive, and easy to use for customers.Key Responsibilities:Product ManagementWork in an Agile development environment to develop phased delivery and go-to-market plans in collaboration with product, technology, analytics, design, and business partnersParticipate in workstreams with partners (strategy, product, design, technology, finance, controls, ops, marketing) on prioritization of delivery roadmapsDemonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneouslySupport communications with stakeholders, including senior executivesSupport content delivery process improvement and automation efforts, including migration of content, QA testing for accuracy of content, and hand-offs between multiple teamsWork closely with a tight-knit team of Product Managers, including the Product OwnerContent DeliveryGather and refine requirements to add, update, or remediate benefits content; must be comfortable working with a complex content structure and the interactions of content with digital, customer-facing featuresDefine Acceptance Criteria and Automated Functional Testing (AFT) for testing content changes for both User Interface and Service teams; familiarity with Gherkin is desirableWork closely with Content Management teams to produce content for both QA testing and production deployments; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Manager is desirableWork closely with Scrum teams to ensure features meet all acceptance criteria and are ready for productionNavigate and understand how to use JIRA and leverage all the various tools it provides to help you perform your dutiesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills3+ years of digital product management experience, with focus on content deliveryExperience with Agile product development techniques and practices, including Jira and ConfluenceAbility to actively work within a team environment while taking individual responsibilityIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
