Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and support a welcoming environment, all while upholding our core values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and protocols, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the maintenance of order within the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any unusual conditions.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities, following established procedures and protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
