Business Operations Specialist

Key Role:

Coordinate and synchronize all Army logistics and technology operations to increase readiness and meet mission requirements through more efficient collaboration and integration. Manage the planning and execution of Program Executive Office ( PEO ) theater teams in support of operational requirements. Ensure the equipping and sustaining of current and future critical operational requirements for U.S. and coalition forces while planning, synchronizing, and executing the retrograde and redeployment of equipment and personnel supporting operation resolute support objectives. Coordinate across Army-level staff, as well as supported operational headquarters on requirements and sourcing. Provide technical support, training, program management, logistics, and engineering in support of the Army.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with project management concepts and principles in a professional work environment

Experience leading teams and working as an integral member of the client delivery team

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Secret clearance

HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with consult ing for the federal government, Intelligence Community ( IC ) , and Department of Defense ( DoD )

Experience in a leadership role, working with senior management to find solutions for customers and leading teams

Experience managing large multitask contracts in scope and complexity

Experience using Agile approaches to lead a project or program

Knowledge of contract coordination with subcontractor and teammate staffing

Knowledge of Micro sof t applications, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Knowledge of Status of Forces Agreements ( SOF A )

Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
