Economic Policy Analyst (Oakland Gardens, NY): Conduct economic research on construction and architectural faade industry trends, material costs, labor markets, and regulatory changes affecting the business; Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of local, state, and federal economic policies including tax incentives, energy efficiency regulations, trade tariffs etc. on company operations; Develop economic and financial models to support project bidding, resource allocation, pricing, and risk mitigation strategies, aligned with public policy developments and changing market conditions; Prepare reports for management on economic opportunities and risks related to marketing, finance, and investments etc.
