Team Overview:
The Business Segment Team is responsible for developing business strategies, establishing goals, and setting priorities that drive growth (AUC, households, revenue) over defined time horizons. The team identifies changes to existing and new capabilities and leads work in partnership with cross-functional partners to achieve established goals. The team is also responsible for reporting progress against near term goals and objectives, identifying issues, and choosing mitigating strategies.
What You Will Do:
The Business Strategy Leader will be responsible to contribute to / lead high priority projects.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Interfacing with colleagues across the firm to drive growth initiatives
Support the packaging and content of senior leadership presentations and deliverables.
The Business Strategy Leader will be adept at solving complex problems, partnering with other segments on sharing best practices and issue resolution, and maturing capabilities with a systems-oriented lens.
The candidate will be expected to apply and promote lean portfolio management principles and guide others on agile ways of working and best practices.
The candidate will be expected to support business cases of new initiatives to justify investment and prioritization
Additional Responsibilities include:
Support Segment key deliverables and initiatives
Support the monthly performance and business review cycle, including reporting, analytics, insights, and summary provided to enterprise leaders
Support workstream leads and product managers resolve key constraints and ambiguous challenges
Support the segment's long-term strategy refresh - strengthening partnerships with Firm Strategy, Finance, and Experience Center of Excellence (COE)

Strong organizational and analytical skills - building systems to create capacity and efficiency
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across the firm

Consulting experience
Experience in strategy training
Product development experience
Project management experience in large enterprise settings
Financial services experience
Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
