Technician for a direct hire, first-shift role in Neenah, WI. You\'ll
work with advanced systems and a supportive team that values safety,
precision, and problem-solving. Pay and Schedule Pay Range: \$30.69 -
\$37.60 per hour (based on experience) Shift: 1st Shift | Full-Time |
Direct Hire What You\'ll Do As a Dock Maintenance Technician, you\'ll
play a key role in maintaining commercial and industrial equipment to
ensure efficient and safe facility operations. You\'ll perform
preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of
systems - all while upholding the highest standards of safety and
professionalism. Daily Responsibilities: Follow all OSHA regulations,
lock-out/tag-out, and company safety procedures. Conduct regular system
and equipment checks to identify and document performance issues.
Maintain and repair dock levelers, dock seals, bumpers, and commercial
door systems (automatic, hollow metal, and overhead doors). Troubleshoot
and perform preventive maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Conduct inspections and measurements of operating characteristics such
as speeds, pressures, and vibration levels. Perform minor building and
equipment repairs, including light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
tasks. Complete preventive maintenance tasks like filter changes, oil
changes, condenser cleaning, and machine lubrication. Document all
maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System
(CMMS). Communicate effectively with coworkers and clients, ensuring
updates on work progress and completion timelines. Provide occasional
guidance to subcontractors and assist with special projects as needed.
What You\'ll Bring Education: High school diploma or GED required;
technical or trade school training preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year
of experience servicing and maintaining commercial dock systems,
