Our Federal Solutions Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video, and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations. The services required by this contract will assist providing the NRO with a secure mission environment. The contractor shall provide realistic, innovative information security solutions to accomplish the requirements in addition to program management. The services obtained under this contract shall provide expertise to support information systems security, security control assessments, information assurance engineering, and security control assessments test engineering.
AT&T has an opening for an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Mid-Level: To support AT&T Federal Solutions. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
An Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSO) Mid-Level is responsible for:
Familiarity with conducting research and analysis on cybersecurity matters.
Familiarity with network and information system security principles and best practices.
Familiarity with controlling, labeling, virus scanning, and appropriately transferring data between information systems at varying classification levels.
Familiarity of detection of computer security compromises.
Responsible for managing a system and following the process with support of ATO.
Support Senior ISSO's with daily requirements.
Required Clearance:
TS/SCI with Poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:
High School/GED AND 6 Years' Experience or 1ssociate AND 4 Years Experience or Bachelor's AND 2 Years' Experience or Master AND 0-2 Years' Experience.
CERTIFICATION: Must meet minimum requirements for DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 to include ONE of the following:

Hands-on experience with RMF process, minimum 1 or 2 of the processes.

Desired Qualifications
Experience in the following relevant areas: information technology security, information systems security, information assurance engineering, and systems administration.
Thorough understanding and application of network security principles, practices, and implementations.
Working knowledge of cross-functional integration of information systems into a physical security environment.
Working knowledge of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures.
Working knowledge of configuration management, systems maintenance, and integration testing.
