Here's how you will have a role to play in this team:
As a Senior Analyst for L'Oreal Paris, you will be a critical business partner, working closely with the Hair Care and Hair Color category cross-functional teams to manage budgets, track gross margin and A&P spend, ensure compliance, and drive strategic investments.
Here is how you will have a role to play in this team:
BTL Spend Management: Track A&P spend for hair care and hair color categories. Identify variances against trend budget as well as year to go risk and opportunities. Ensure data integrity, including proper PO management with cross functional partners.
Gross Margin Spend Management: Act as point person for special ops and pre-pack display reporting and consolidation for L'oreal Paris Team. Provide insightful variance analysis through month end assessments, striving for forecast improvements.
Month End Close: Own month end close process for Hair A&P and total brand Special ops/Prepack displays. Ensuring spend pacing in line with trend/budget through partnership with cross functional teams. Provide key reporting and commentary on monthly performance to senior management.
Trend & Budget Construction: Build monthly trend and budget detail for Hair A&P spend as well as consolidation of special ops and pre pack Displays for total brand. Partner with cross functional teams to understand year to go investment plans, managing within budgets.
Special Projects: Lead ad-hoc financial strategic projects?
Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, reporting cadences, and tracking methodologies. Proactively develop and implement new analytical reports or dashboards to enhance category visibility, analysis, and efficiency.
Strategic Business Partner: Act as a proactive and trusted finance partner to Marketing/Brand Teams, providing timely financial information, support, and challenging assumptions as needed to ensure value-driven decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, economics, or accounting.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economy, Business Administration required.?
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, leadership, oral and written communication and presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.?
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.?
Forward thinking and proactive mindset
Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management.?
Advanced Excel, financial modelling and data management required.
Must have expert-level experience with Word and Power Point. Power BI and visualization dashboards a plus.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA/CPA preferred.?
Consumer products industry experience preferred but not a requirement.??
Financial reporting experience and use of SAP, Hyperion, or similar systems highly desirable.?
Advanced Excel and Data analytics skills
Power Point and Presentations
Power Bi, Tableau, or any similar visualization tools a plus.

Salary Range : $84,500-$120,400 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
