Description We are looking for a motivated and reliable Project Assistant to join our team for a one-day contract position in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will involve supporting event operations and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and interacting with people, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in guests upon arrival at the event.

Provide clear directions and guide attendees to designated areas during the event.

Act as a friendly point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.

Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and detail-oriented atmosphere.

Assist with various tasks as assigned to ensure the event runs smoothly. Requirements - Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy engaging with people.

Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with others.

Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to completing assigned tasks.
