As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor the premises for unusual behavior or conditions, reporting findings in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, offering assistance and directions as needed.

Document security-related incidents and observations thoroughly and accurately as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
