As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Control in Westminster, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access points at the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or exit.

Verify credentials and identification of individuals entering and exiting the premises, following established site-specific policies and procedures.

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and offering assistance related to security-related matters.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any unusual conditions.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client requirements.

Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including evacuations and access for emergency personnel.

Collaborate with site management and/or law enforcement as directed to address security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
