Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Franklin, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position where you will play an essential role in managing financial transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring accurate data entry. Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and ensure the integrity of financial information.

Process orders and respond to order-related inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Handle credit processing and ensure all transactions are completed accurately.

Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Utilize QuickBooks to record and track financial transactions.

Process invoices and ensure timely payment and recordkeeping.

Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients and team members. Requirements - Proven experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management.

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with invoice processing and payment tracking.

Excellent customer service skills with a detail-oriented and friendly attitude.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and efficiency.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in handling credit transactions and financial inquiries.
