Division : Within the Health Information Department at ELMHS, Located in Jackson, LA
The Mission of ELMHS is to provide mental health evaluation, treatment, habilitation and consultation for adults. Programs include inpatient interventions, jail based evaluations, supervised group home and residential programs, forensic evaluation, care, custody, and aftercare; intermediate and long term psychiatric are in coordination with the total system of care in Louisiana
ELMHS is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and positive individual to join our team as an Administrator Coordinator!

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Prepares inactive files for storage and archive and organizes the filing system for physical maintenance of all inactive records in the Health Information department.
Participate in educational trainings that are mandatory for accreditation and licensure of the facility.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: The position may be filled as a Probational (open to all qualified applicants); a promotion (open to all statewide classified. And Agency-Wide permanent status employees); or by Detail to Special Duty. Current permanent status, classified employees may be required to accept a Probational appointed if selected.
Compensation: This position has a Minimum Hire Rate: $840.00 bi-weekly/ $10.50 hourly.
