Construction Project Manager (Onsite)

Location: Reno, NV

Work Environment: 100% Onsite

Pay Rate: $47-$51/hour (depending on experience)

Kelly® is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support a top-tier power generation company in Reno, NV. This is a fully onsite role requiring hands-on project oversight. Candidates must have proven experience in construction management or commissioning HVAC, electrical, or industrial systems.

What You'll Be Doing (Onsite)

Lead multiple onsite construction projects from initiation through completion. Conduct onsite project planning sessions, define scope and objectives, and develop project plans. Monitor budgets and timelines, track performance, and communicate progress to project teams and stakeholders.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Proven experience in construction project management , commissioning, or managing HVAC, electrical, or industrial systems (required) . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, able to manage multiple fast-paced, onsite projects. Experience in the power generation or industrial sector is a plus.
